About Our Event

Military Play is a Virtual 2-day summit & Esports Tournament on Veterans Day Weekend created to honor & serve all branches of the military regardless of color & age.

Who benefits from Military Play

A 3-day gaming tournament for active military, national guard, reserves & veterans. We are also inviting the top 25 Military bases to participate.


The event boosts morale for current active military, and will help deal with service-related depressionc & PTSD.

Military Play will provide our active military & veterans with career opportunities, housing resources & access to professionals and organizations surrounding mental health, PTSD, depression & anxiety.

Theme: “Honoring, Empowering & Celebrating All Who Serve/Served”

Military Play is a Virtual 2-day summit & Esports Tournament on Veterans Day Weekend created to honor & serve all branches of the military regardless of color & age. The aim of this program is to provide our active military & veterans with career opportunities, housing resources & access to professionals and organizations surrounding mental health, PTSD, depression & anxiety. All branches of the military as well as our member institutions ROTC programs will be invited to participate. We will also be inviting our corporate partners & other Gaming & Esports companies to participate and recruit during our Military Play virtual Job Fair. Military Play 2022 will be our 2nd rendition of this program and we aim to make it an annual event for at least the next 5 years. Success of this event will be measured by participation/engagement, success stories (housing & mental health), testimonials & the number of veterans recruited during job fair.

Tournament Start: (Daily)

  • Corporate Partner President/Executive - Opening Remarks

In between games & during each day (Friday & Saturday)

  • (Gaming) Veterans’ - stories of how games have helped them cope (PTSD, depression, social anxiety caused by PTSD, etc).
  • [Housing Authority]- share Housing choice vouchers, special offers & resources.
  • Mental Health Professionals share resources for how to cope with depression & other issues (22 Vets a day commit suicide).
  • Corporate Partners share videos of any special Vet programs, financial services, and other resources. Also, car & home loans, (or they can just run commercials).

Charitable Partners:

  • USO, MWR, & DAV …. Wounded warriors)

At the End of each Day:

  • Corporate Partner representative presents tournament (Gold or Silver Sponsorship)- Play of the Day

End of Each Game Tournament:

  • Corporate Partner President/Executive presents winners of each game with prize of choice (Platinum Sponsorship) (Awards, Scholarship, Headsets, Accessories, etc.)
  • Closing Remarks – Corporate Partner President/Executive

Games that will be played during a Three-day tournament:

  • Thursday- Rocket League, Friday- Madden 21, & Saturday- CoD Modern Warfare
  • Job Opportunities: Job Kiosks & Conversation from Industry Professionals on interviews & resume tip, & Hitmarker Benefits & overview.
